Who are we?
We are two brothers, Guillaume and François Ménard.
Because of our common passions for the hotel business, real estate and relationships with others, we decided to combine our personal and professional experiences to create KeyBarcelona Apartments in 2011.
We are an agency based in Barcelona.
We first focused on tourist properties, then on student residences and finally on rentals for professionals.
We have imagined and implemented a concierge service that brings together all the trades related to the hotel, tourism and real estate industries.
The maintenance and refreshment of the flats led us intuitively to add and master the management of the structural works. We were passionate about the execution of the work.
By combining human and technical skills, we carry out complete real estate projects.
